Terms of Use
Last updated: September 2026
Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using Hold Skipper ("we", "us", or "our"). By using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Service Description
Hold Skipper is an independent calling-assistance service. We dial public agency phone numbers on your behalf, navigate phone menus, wait on hold, and connect you to a live agent by calling your phone. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any government agency or organization whose number we call.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to provide the phone number and any identity information requested. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide.
3. Payments
Calls are charged a one-time fee displayed at checkout. There is no subscription. Payment is processed through our secure payment provider.
4. No Connection, No Charge
If we are unable to connect you to a live agent, you will not be charged. A "live agent connection" means your phone rings and you are bridged to a human representative of the target agency. Refunds, if applicable, are processed automatically.
5. Data Use & Deletion
We use your phone number and any identity details solely to place the requested call. We do not store SIN numbers, account numbers, or other sensitive details beyond the duration of the call. Call data is deleted within 24 hours.
6. Limitations
We cannot guarantee that every call will result in a connection. Agency hours, phone system changes, call volumes, and other factors outside our control may affect outcomes. We are not liable for decisions made by the agency once you are connected.
